Through his visor, Lamont could see the figure that was challenging Aren for the dagger. A person, he knew all too well. He hadn't seen him in eleven years, although in real time it had been about six years, Count Daniel Funela.

Lamont closed the face on the visor to make sure he didn't recognize himself. He walked over to Aren and said, "Make sure you are careful?"

Aren/Ninja said, "I always am."

Lamont/Knight said, "But with this guy, watch your back."

Aren/Ninja said, "I will."

Danny called on his phone. "I have competition for the prize, create a distraction for his friends."

A voice on the other side of the phone said, "Will do."

The L-team watched as the contest was beginning, as Lamont/Knight was talking to Jamie/Medical Doctor.

Jamie/Medical Doctor looked at Lamont and asked, "What are you thinking about?"

Lamont/Knight said, "I was just thinking about Joseph and Danny. It's almost been a month since Dark Parallax killed them."

Jamie/Medical Doctor said, "I know, what gets me is, he escaped before we could make him pay for it."

Lamont/Knight said, "I wish I could contact my friend, but there is something that won't let my message get through."

Zach/Black Wizard was standing next to the window and saw something outside. He said, "It's time for action."

Lamont/Knight yelled to Aren/Ninja we have to take care of something, be careful!" Then they ran outside.

Daniel smiled and said, "Now to take care of this pest."

<center>~*~</center> The team ran outside and saw a giant Samurai with two blades. "I have come to slice you all."

Lamont/Knight said, "Keep dreaming, we need the Train Megazord now!"

The Trains came out of their hiding place and formed a human like robot. Then the team jumped in.

They called on their sword to block the Samurai's swords.

Meanwhile, back at the contest, the first competition was announced. The judge said, "The first test is of agility, don't let the snow hit you."

The snowballs flew at them, and Aren/Ninja ducked out of the way. Daniel though just stood still and punched a snowball. The judge said, "The winner of test one is the Ninja."

Daniel just growled.

<center>~*~</center> Back at the battle, the Train Megazord's sword was getting powered up, and they took a swing at the Samurai.

<center>~*~</center> The next test was the knowledge of the history of the Dark ages. Aren/Ninja didn't know anything. However since Count Funela was born there, he past test two.

The Judge said, "It is now tied, for the tie breaker, the obstacle course."

Both contestants looked on as they saw what was before them.

<center>~*~</center> Meanwhile, the Samurai had used his blades and reflected the blade beam right back at our heroes. They crashed to the ground as the Samurai stomped towards them.

Then a voice said, "Don't give up hope."

Lamont/Knight looked up and he couldn't believe whom he saw.
