Good Ranger Gone Bad

Location: Juice Bar.

The bug watched as his target entered, the bug flew down and bit Joseph on the neck. As it sank its teeth into his flesh, the venom was released. "Soon, from good to evil you will turn, and the Power Rangers, you will BURN" the bug said, then it vanished.

Location: Juice Bar.

In the juice bar, Ashley sipped a soda and staring at one boy. He was a tall boy, extremely tall, At 6'6", he was the tallest player on the school baseball team, everyone knew him, and liked him. His body was extremely well muscled; he was able to bench press three times his weight by 15, five times that weight now. No one had ever found out how he came to be so mentally and physically strong, two years before, he couldn't even get a date; the girls just didn't like him then. But that was then and this is now.

His jersey was neatly tucked in his jeans, bright red, and baggy. He notices Ashley watching him, when she realises he has seen her, she turns back to the table, and quietly starts talking to the other girls, and going over homework. The boy got up and headed for Ashley, slowly.

"You're future boyfriend is heading our way" Cassie said.

Joseph shot Cassie a sour look and asked "Hey Cassie, in case it slipped your mind, I'M her boyfriend"

Cassie replied with "Yeah, but with him on the scene, I'd say you've got competition"

Joseph grunted then watched as the teenage boy approached. Joseph looked at a boy He was as tall as Joseph, his hair was the same length as Josephs but it was blond with blue streaks, Jonjo looked at him, snarled and said nothing.

Ashley concentrated on her book as the boy stood at the table and said, "Hi, I'm Casey".

Cassie held in a laugh as Ashley looked at Casey, blushed and replied. "Hi, I'm Ashley". The two shook hands and Ashley said. "I'd like to introduce my friends, TJ, Justin, Cassie, Carlos". He shook their hands then Ashley said, "And this is Joseph….."

Casey held out his hand and said "Hi Joseph, nice to meet you".

Joseph stood up and walked out of the juice bar.

"What's wrong with him, all I did was say hello" asked Casey.

Ashley sighed and told Casey "I don't know, I'll talk to him later" Then Ashley asked "Would you like to join us".

He smiled and replied "OK". Taking a seat at thier usual table, he began to survey his five new friends, especially Ashley. "So, how long have you been in….". He was interupted his watch beeped, he quickly coverd it up and said to her. "I'm sorry, I've got an appointment with some friends that I have to keep".

Ashley nodded and replied "Go ahead, I'll wait right here".

Casey stood up and said to Ashley. "Maybe when you get back, we can have a drink together". Ashley smiled and replied "That would be nice…." She blushed as he walked away.

Location: Outside The Juice Bar.

Ashley found Joseph laying on the grass outside the Juice bar, she walked up to him and asked "What was all that about, Casey was trying to be nice to you"

Joseph stood up, yawned and said "Why don't you go and talk to your new boyfriend, now get out of my way." Joseph pushed past her and walked away from her.

A few moments later, Joseph realised what an idiot he had been. "I think I'd better go and smooth things over with Ashley and say hello to new-boy" he said, he headed back into Juice Bar.

Location: Juice Bar.

When he saw Ashley and Casey, he almost screamed in rage. They were hugging. "Oh no….. Joseph" Justin said, Ashley and Casey stopped hugging. Joseph walked over to them, he then said to Casey "You took my girlfriend, now take this SCUMBAG". Joseph held his hands together and swung them in a high, powewrfull arc, they colided with the side of Casey's head, knocking him to the floor. Joseph grunted then walked out.

Location: Joseph's House.

Joseph's headache had steadily got worse since he got home. He went to the drinks cabinet and got out a bottle of skotch, he went out and sat by the swimming pool on a recliner, he opened the bottle of scotch and began to drink it. "I'll give the Earthers one thing, they know how to make good booze…" he said aloud, he downed another gulp of scotch.

Location: Joseph's House.

Time: Swimming Pool.

Place: 2 Hours Later.

As he floats on the lilow, unconscious from all the scotch he had drunk, Joseph has a dream.

Joseph walks into the Youth Center, which is oddly deserted, the only people in the Youth Center are Ashley and Casey, neither seems to notice him.

"Don't they look nice together?" the voice says "Make me want to blow chunks" Joseph looks around for the owner of the voice. A monster appears before him, it looks like a giant, humanoid housefly. "Why do you let him flirt with her?" it says, "If I were you, I'd settle his hash by blowing him away or running him over..."

Joseph looks at the fly monster and replies "If I shot him the cops could match the bullet, and if I ran him over, they could match the pain on my car to the paint flakes on his body"

The fly monster sat cross-legged on a table and said to Joseph "Ok, how about poisoning him, I could give you a poison that will make him die SLOWLY, and in pain"

Joseph shook his head and answered with "No, poison is for cowards.........."

The monster seemed annoyed and asked, "Ok, how do YOU want to kill him"

Joseph answered with "who said I wanted to kill him....."

The fly monster sighed and asked "OK, how about sabotage, if you sabotage the Zords, that way, you can get back at Ashley for flirting with him"

Joseph smiled and replied "Now that sounds more like it"

The fly monster got off the table and told Joseph "Good boy, now wake up and get on with you sabotage"

Location: Turbo Zord Garage.

Time: 4 Hours Later.

Atop Mountain Blaster, Lion Ranger is busy ripping out circuitry, parts and components. He sets down the conversion activator and studies it, one side of it is scorched. He removes his helmet and says to himself "Well, this is going top be one HELL of a LONG day…….". Joseph began to sing while he worked "The gyros are connected to the, power cable, the power cable is connected to the, conversion activator". "Who ever designed this thing, they seriously did NOT know anything about Power Converters….." Joseph muttered. He reached down and removed the power converter, he removed it's outer casing and began rewiring the inner circuitry. When he had finished, he held up the power converter and said "Now that's what I call a power converter….." he started to re-attached the converter.

Location: Mountain Blaster Cockpit.

Joseph was sat in the pilots seat. He had his feet on the control panel and on his lap, is a pizza box. "This is the life, no woman to hassle me, and no one to interrupt my peace and quiet" he says. He then remembers "Oh crap, I forgot…." He put the pizza box down and goes to the communications console.

"Computer, open a subspace channel, to hyper beacon gamma 9…." Joseph said

The computer responded with "Beacon open……".

Joseph then sent the message "Mission update, I have the Lion Ranger powers back in my possession, proceeding with secondary phase"

Location: Planet Arus.

Place: Orbital Station G12.

"Sir, we're receiving a transmission" the comm officer called out.

Commander Braxus activated his headphones and listened to the message from Joseph. When it had finished he said "Send a transmission back, message received, proceed with secondary phase"

The comm officer nodded and said "Aye sir, transmitting your message…..".

Location: Mountain Blaster Cockpit.

The monitor beeped. Joseph activated it and read the message from his homeworld. He smiled and erased the message.

"Computer, erase all records of me receiving and sending messages"

There was silence and the computer replied "Records erased".

Joseph got up and said "Well. I suppose I'd better get back to work".

Location: Atop Mountain Blaster.

Joseph starts work on the Structural Integrity Field, "Let's hope this is not a crappy piece of technology as the Power Converter" he mutteres to himself "Or this could be a VERY long day" A flash of energy behind him signaled that someone had teleported to him.

"We need to talk….." Justin said,

Joseph stood up and looked at the 12 year old Blue Ranger and asked "Why" before Justrin could reply, Joseph's communicator "Joseph, I have completed your medical scans, there is something you should know……" came the voice.

Joseph replied "Just a second Altor….."

Joseph looked at Justin and asked "What do you want Justin, I'm busy….."

The Blue Ranger looked at Joseph and told him "I just thought I'd let you know that Ashley is already making lovey dovey puppy dog eyes at another boy….."

Joseph grunted and replied "Take it to someone who cares". Joseph turned away and began to work on the conversion activator.

Justin smiled a wicked smiled and vanished in a flash of blue energy.

Location: Divatix's Submarine Headquarters.

Justin materialised on the bridge, infront of Divatox, he kneeled down on one knee and spoke "My Queen, phase one of my plan is complete…….."

Divatox smiled and said "Excellent, you have proven your worth Chameleon…..".

Solaris and Nuclatron walk onto the bridge, they are followed by five human teenagers, three boys and two girls. The five teens stand infront of their leader, one of the girls steps forward and says "My Queen, I have an idea on how to capture the Lion Ranger….."

Diavtox looked at the 12 year old girl and asked "What is your plan Lisa" she began to explain her plan to capture Lion Ranger.

Location: Dr Selar's office.

Ashley was speachless. Dr Selar had just informed her that she was pregnant. "Because of the Turbo power" Selar said "The pregnancy is being sped up…..". Dr Selar was the only person to know that Ashley was a Power Ranger, she had to tell her she was a Ranger, it was the only way to explain how the pregnancy was coming on so fast. "Will it harm the baby….." she asked, Selar shook her head and answered "No, it's just happening faster than normal, your child will be fine….".

Location: Juice Bar.

Ashley rubbed her stomach, Ernie saw her sitting by herself, he walked over to her and placed a steaming hot cup of tea in front of her "Here, this should make you feel better…."

She smiled and took the cup, she sipped it. "Ernie, can I tell you something" Ashley asked.

Ernie replied with "Sure".

"I'm pregnant" Ashley said "With Joseph's child".

"So, why the long face, I thought that you'd be thrilled to be having a baby……." Ernie asked.

Ashley sipped the tea and placed it on the table and replied "It's Joseph……"

Ernie sat down and asked "What's wrong with him……."

Ashley sighed and told Ernie "Joseph and I recently had a major argument, I slapped him and we haven't spoken since……"

Ernie patted Ashley's hand and told her "Talk to him, try and sort out your problem, no pregnant girl should have to worry abut anything until it comes to name deciding time".

Location: Atop Mountain Blaster.

Joseph looked at the alteration he had made. "There, that should do the trick" he said "I hope nothing happens to the Zords" he says sarcastically. He closes the hatch and climbs down and stand on the bull bar at the front of Mountain Blaster.

"Man, Angel Grove is one HELL of a boring city" he says "The monster attacks are the only thing keeping me on this mudball, that, and the mission".

He then says "Ok, time to get to work on the crappy Rescue Zords" he climbs back up and get into the cockpit of the Mountain Blaster.

Location: Mountain Blaster Cockpit.

Joseph activates the teleporters and brings the Rescue Zords out into the desert. He then uses the teleporter to send himself into the cockpit of Siren Blaster.

Location: Siren Blaster Cockpit.

Joseph looked around and said "Man, who ever built this piece of crap didn't know what they were doing, AT ALL" Joseph begins typin in command. "That should do it, now, to get to work on the conversion activator" he says befoire he teleports out of the cockpit.

Location: Juice Bar.

Time: 2 Hours Later.

After returning the Rescue and Turbo Zords to their holding bay, he decided to go and have a few words with the boy who Justin had told him that Ashley liked. He entered the Juice Bar and looked around, the only people there were Ashley and Ernie.Joseph walked up to an empty table and sat down, he opened his bag and got ot his sketch pad and pencil case and placed them on the table then began to sketch.

Location: Juice Bar.

Lisa Brennan enterd the Juice Bar, she spotted Joseph sitting alone and said to her self 'OK Lisa, just go up to him and do your thing' she headed over to him.

"You look as if you could use cheering up….." the female voice said to Joseph.

He looked up and replied with "You could try, but I doubt you'll have any luck….."

The pretty girl smiled and "I like a challenge…."

Joseph smiled and indicated that she should sit down, she did so, he looked a her, put down his pencil and held out his hand "I'm Joseph…..".

Lisa held his hand and shook it. Joseph blushed as he shook Lisa's hand.

She smiled and introduced herself "I'm Lisa….." Joseph looked at Lisa and smiled.

Lisa was wearing a yellow croptop that hugged her chest, showing off her breasts and her flat tummy, she was wearing tight leather pants that hugged her legs and outlined her round bum.

He asked "Would you like a drink…..".

Ashley watched as Jonjo got up and went to get Lisa a drink, she looked over at Lisa, she got up and made her way over to the 12 year old girl and asked "Excuse me, but what do you think you are doing with MY boyfriend….."

Lisa stood up, faced Ashley and replied "I'm trying to havce some peace and quiet, so can you leave us in peace….."

Ashley looked at Lisa and said to her in a quiet voice "If you even think about trying it on with him, FORGET IT, what would he want with you"

Lisa's reply was "Listen honey, I'll try it with who ever I want, and there is nothing you can do to stop me…..".

Ashley smiled and "We'll see, you just watch this……".

Joseph felt someone tapping on his shoulder, he turned around and Ashley flung her arms around him and kissed him passionatly. Suddenly, Joseph felt weak, he broke the kiss and stumbled, he fell to the floor and Ernie rushed to his side

"Are you OK" he asked.

He helped Joseph onto a chair and Joseph replied "I… I just felt dizzy for a few moments, I'm all right now, thanks Ernie….." Ashley helped Joseph to his feet and the two made their way out of the Juice bar.

Location: Outside Juice Bar.

Once outside, Ashley asked "Are you OK….." Joseph replied "I need to go to the Power Chamber the medical systems there should help me".

Location: Juice Bar.

Lisa smiled wryly and said "I'll get you, Joseph Shakhan, just you wait and see" she got up and exited the Juice Bar.

Location: Power Chamber.

Joseph laid on the medical table and the systems scanned him, once the scans were complete, Alpha reported "Scans indicate the presence of an evil drug….".

"Evil Drug, how did it get there……" Ashley asked.

Joseph told Alpha "Remove it".

Ashley waited as the medical system removed the drug from her boyfriend's system.

Location: Power Chamber.

Time: One Hour Later.

An hour later, he sat up, she walked over to him and "So, how are you feeling" Ashley asks.

"Fine" Joseph says.

"I'm glad you're back to normal….." Ashley tells her boyfriend.

"Ashley, I am SO SO sorry about the way I reacted, I was not in control of my actions, can you ever forgive me" Joseph replies.

"I guess so, but you'll have to let me forgive you, in only the way that I can" Ashley says.

"Mmm, that sounds intersting, tell me more…" Joseph asks her.

She is silent then replies "Oh no, you'll have to wait until tonight". Joseph smiles and says "Can't wait".

She smiled and they both kissed. Ashley looked at her watch and said "I have to go, I promised the others I'd keep score while they played Volleyball….."

Joseph smiled and asked "Ok, but can you do me a favor, can you explain to the others what caused my behavior".

Ashley smiled and took a breath "I have some news to tell you, and you'd better take a seat…..".

Location: Angel Grove Park.

Ashley saw her friends playing volleyball in the park,, she sat on the bench and called out "GUYS, I NEED TO….."

Before she could finish her sentence, Carlos ran over and said "Guys, check out the news….."

They crowded around a portable TV he had with him and watchd the newscast. "This is Byron Felks, reporting from the Angel Grove city limits, where somesort of giant robot is striding towards the city".

The camera view changes and on the TV, they see a giant robot, the robot is black with red markings, it crushes buildings it it's path, it stops for a moment to pull a house up from the ground and hurl it into the lake, then it continued towards the city.

"People in the path of the robot are headsing towards the center of town, the mayor is calling for calm as she said the Power Rangers would son deal with the threat".

There is a moments silence. "I'll go deal with the giant paper weight" Joseph says "You guys go to the Power Chamber and find it's weaknesses".

Joseph took out his morpher and yelled "Lion Ranger Force".

A warp hole apeared above Joseph, it started to spin, it desended down, coveing Joseph in a white light, it then rose above above Joseph, who was now in his Lion Ranger armor.

Location: Angel Grove.

The DarkStar MegaZord tore up a bridge and hurled it into the side of a nearby skyscraper, suddenly, a barrage of explosion rippled acros the back of the evil MegaZord and it crashed to the ground. The LionZord charged towards the fallen zord of evil, it lowered it's head and rammed it. Explosions rippled across the DarkStar MegaZord.

Location: Divatox's UnderWater HeadQuarters.

In her submarine headquarters, Divatox examines the three newest monsters before her.

Pyros spoke "Great Dvatox, we are honoured to be before you".

Divatox then looks at her three monsters and says "You will go to Angel Grove, with the DarkStar MegaZord destroying the city, the Turbo Rangers will be hard pressed to fight both problems".

Firefight replkies with "Indeed, great one, but we must not rush into this ordeal, it would be advisble to let the DarkStar Rangers destroy the city, then move in".

Divatox is angry at having to wait so she says "Nonsense, you will go to Angfel Grove and do as I instructed".

Nitro starts to object "But my queen . . .".

Divatox yells at him "Silence, you will go, NOW".

The three monsters then vanish in a flash of evil energy.

Location: Angel Grove Park.

The evil trio materialise in the middle of Angel Grove park, which is deserted. They all grew to giant size and begn to attack another part of the city.

~*~

Location: Power Chamber.

The Rangers saw the monsters attacking the city. "We have to do something" Justin said.

Ashley was hesitant "We can't just leave Joseph in the lurch….."

Justin activated the intercom and said "Joseph, can you deal with the monsters at the other end of the city while we take on the DarkStar MegaZord…."

There was a monets silence then Joseph replied "Sure, I'm on my way".

Location: Angel Grove.

Time: 15 Minutes Later.

The Turbo MegaZord was loosing the battle, the Rangers decided to even things up and call on the Rescue MegaZord. It worked, for a few minutes.

"We can't keep this up for long" Justin said, behidn him, a console exploded in a shower of parts and sparks.

TJ replied with "I hope Joseph is having better luck than us".

Location: Angel Grove.

The LionZord was loosing it's battle. It had destroyed Nitro and Pyros, but FireFight was prooving to be dificult to defeat. FireFight picked up the railroad bridge and hurled it at the battered LionZord, it hit it and sent a shower of sparks flying from the damaged section, but as FireFight was about to finish off the LionZord, he vanished in a flash of light.

Location: Turbo MegaZord

Inside, consoles began to explode and burst into flames, TJ tried to keep it steady, but it was no good "I'm going to set the Turbo MegaZord to self desatruct….."

He then said to the Rangers "Prepare to abandon MegaZord….".

Suddenly, the Lion Zord dived at the DarkStar MegaZord, he swung it's powerfull paw at the Zord of evil, it collided and sent the DarkStar Megazord crashing to the ground, meanwhile, the Turbo Rangers had teleported to the roof of the First Angel Grove Bank. The Lion Zord did not run, instead it held it's paw out above the downed DarkStar MegaZord, five beams of light shot into it's hand.

Then the Turbo MegaZord exploded in a flash of fire, energy, light and parts. Out of the smoke of the explosion, came the defening roar of another explosion.

Location: Atop The Roof Of The First Angel Grove Bank.

"Tj, did you set the Rescue MegaZord to destruct" Carlos asked

The Red Ranger replied "It should have left on auto pilot, it must have been to damaged……"

Cassie then asked the question they were all fearing "Is Joseph… is he dead…".

From behind the Rangers, a voice said "Hi honey, I'm home….."

The Rangers turned around and looked at who had spoke. Joseph's Lion Ranger armor had smoke drifting up off it, Joseph crashed to the floor, as the Turbo Rangers rushed to his side, their power suits started to crackle.

The Turbo Rangerd de-morphed and Joseph said "The lions.." he coughed and sat up, then he continued "The Lion…. he self destructed, took the DarkStar MegaZord and Rangers with it……" he coughed then passed out.

Location: Powre Chamber.

When he awoke, Joseph was no longer morphed, he was laying on a medical table, he tried to sit up, but TJ held him down and told him "Take it easy, you were caught in the explosion….".

"Rangers, I have some bad news" Dimitria said "Eltar, the home of Zordon has been invaded by the forces of evil, and Zordon has been captured".

The Rangers did not know what to say.

"We have to go after him" TJ said.

Joseph managed to sit up and say "How can we, we don't have any Zords……".

Location: Outside Power Chamber.

The Piranatrons aproached the Power Chamber, some of them were carrying explosives and the rest were carrying crowbars.

They finally reached the Power Chamber and the ones carrying Corwbars started to full at the doors.

Location: Inside The Power Chamber.

Dimitria told the Rangers "Rangers, I must leave you and return to Inquiris, to help in the fight against evil"

Joseph asked "And what are we supposed to……" but before he could finish his question, the alarms blaed out.

"Oh no, Piranatrons have invaded the Power Chamber, they've planted implosive devices…..". Dimitria spoke

"Rangers, the wormhole to Inquiris will shortly close……"

Joseph got up and said "I'll take care of the invaders, you help Dimitria".

Location: Power Chamber.

Joseph threw the Piranatron aginst the wall, he ducked to the floor and swung his leg around in a powerfull sweep, taking out three other Piranatrons aswell.

"C'mon fish brains, who's next….." he asked. Two Piranatrons charged at him from either side, he ducked down and the two brainless minions of Divatox slammed into each other. "Three down, twenty to go….." Joseph said as he readied himself for the next battle.

Location: Main Control Room.

Place: Power Chamber.

Ashley entred the commands and said "Hyper beam ready…."

Dimitria said "It has been an honour to know you, Rangers of Earth….."

Justin smiled and answered "It's been an honour knowing you".

Dimitria then said "When the long dark comes, look to the one who is not of you….."

Dimitria's image in the Ion tube slowly dissolved as she used the HyperBeam to go back to Inquiris.

The Intercom burst into life and Joseph's voice said "Guys and gals, the bombs the Piranatrons placed are set to go off in thirty seconds, GET OUT, NOW….." he explained.

Justin activated the teleporter and the five Turbo Rangers and Alpha teleported out of the Power Chamber.

Location: Outside the Power Chamber.

The five teens looked at their headquarters.

"Where's Joseph….." Ashley asked "He should have telepo….." her sentence was drowned out as the Power Chamber exploded in a ball of energy, flame and debris,

"JOSEPH……." Ashley called out, she felt tears well up in her eyes.

A beam of energy slammed into the ground near the Rangers. All they saw was a pair of legs sticking out of the ground. "Er, could I have some help here" came the muffled voice "IF IT'S NOT TO MUCH TROUBLE".

The Rangers ran over and and pulled Lion ranger out of the dirt, he tood up and brushed the soil from his armor.

"Don't you ever scare me like that again" Ashley said as she hugged him "Or you'll have me to answer to…..".

Joseph de-morphed and said "Well, now what……"

Ashley looked at him and said "I've got some GOOD news…." Ashley looked into Joseph's eyes and told him "I'm pregnant……".

Joseph was speachless. After everything that had happened recently, he had recived some good news. "That's wondefull……" he said, he hugged her tightly.

"What do we do now, we can't just stand here….." Carlos asked, Justin then had an idea.

Location: NASADA HeadQuarters.

The Guards ran up the group of teens an aimed their rifles at them.

"HALT…." One of the guards yelled.

Joseph stepped forward and said "We need to see the commander, it's vital that we speak with him……"

The Guard replied with "Unless you have an apointment, you aren't going anywhere…..".

General Norquist came up to them in a jeep, in tbe back seat, was Alpha. "Let them through…." He said.

The Guards stood aside and the teens went to the jeep

"Alpha explained everything, there's a shuttle prepping on the launch pad…..".

"I'm not going…." Justin said.

The Rangers turned to him and he said "I.. I can't go, I want to spend more time with my dad…."

Joseph placed a hand on Justin's shoulder "It's your decision Justin".

Location: Shuttle Cockpit.

Time: Ten Minutes To Launch.

Joseph adjusted himself in the pilots seat and looked over at TJ and asked "Do you really think we can fly this shuttle all the way to Eltar……" TJ's answer was "Well, if we can use the Zords, then piloting this should be easy….".

Time: Nine Minutes To Launch

Ashley nervously rubbed her now bulging stomach "The launch won't affect our baby will it" she asked.

Joseph smiled and replied "You'll be fine".

"I hope" Joseph added, under his breath.

Time: Eight Minutes To Launch.

"Are the controls set for outer space" Joseph asked.

TJ checked the controls and answered "We're ready"

Joseph smiled and said "We'll be flying higher than ever before…..".

Time: Seven Minutes To Launch.

"I'm hungry" Joseph said.

Ashley rolled her eyes and asked "How can you think of food at a time like this"

Joseph answered with "I can't help it, saving the world does work up an apetite".

Location: NASADA HeadQuarters.

Place: Launch Control.

Time To Launch: 6 Minutes.

The NASADA technicians rushed about, prepping the shuttle for launch. General Norquist watched as the countdown continued.

Time To Launch: 5 Minutes.

The Rangers were getting nervouse. They had been into battle many times before, but this was something different. They were sitting on top of, what was essentially, a large firework rocket. One wring move and they'd ve dead before they knew what was happening.

Time To Launch: 4 Minutes.

"If we survive this, it will be a miracle of biblical proportions" Ashley said.

Joseph answered with "Well, there gores my faith in the all mighty".

Location: Shuttle Cockpit.

Time To Launch: 3 Minutes.

"Is everyone all right back there" Joseph asked.

"I'm fine" Ashley replied nervously.

"You doun't sound fine"

Ashley replied "I'm FINE, really".

Joseph asked "Really fine or kiss my ass fine".

Location: Shuttle Cockpit.

Time To Launch: 2 Minutes.

The shuttle shook as the engines came on-line. With only 2 minutes until launch, the pre-ignition test proceded without problems

Location: Shuttle Cockpit.

Time To Launch: 1 Minute.

With only 1 minutes until launch, the Rangers were nervouse.

"If we ever get to my homeworld, you're all invited home for a spot of afternoon tea" Joseph said, trying to ease the tension.

It eased the tention a little bit.

Time To Launch: Launch Time

"One for the money, two for the show, three to get set and off we go" Joseph said as the shuttle blasted off.

Location: Space.

The Astro MegaShip moved through space, towards it's new target. It had just been to the Sumarian planet where it's lone occupant had found out that Dark Specter had Zordon.

Location: Space.

The shuttle shot throgh space on it's way towards Eltar

"We should have tried to keep the wormhole to Inquiris open longer….." Joseph said.

Carlos asked "Why"

Joseph answered with "It woul have sent us halfway across the galaxy, and I'll bet we could have got a faster ship there…..".

Suddenly, a large shadow fell over the shuttle, Joseph activcated the radar and said "There's one hell of a…. what ever it is, right infront of us……"

Joseph activated the commsystem and said "Attention alien ship, this is the space shuttle….."

A blue beam of energy shot of from the shiup in front and it started to pull the shuttle in. The shuttle turned around until is was being pulled backwards. The front of the ship eopend up and the shuttle slid in and was locked in place by docking clamps, then the two front halves of the ship closed up, sealing the shuttle in.

Location: A Coridoor On The MegaShip.

The five Rangers walked along the empty coridoor. Tj stopped at a sign on the wall and read it "Astro MegaShip"

Joseph heard footsteps and said "Someone's coming…….."

Around the corner, came a Red Ranger, he froze when he saw the teens. "Who are you…." he asked.

Joseph stepped forward, and said "We're friends, we're trying to get to….." his sentence was interupted when the whole ship rocked under a powerfull explosion.

"What the hell was that" Joseph said, then, a female voice said "Dark Fortress is within weapons range….."

Joseph said to the Red Ranger "We can help you"

The Ranger turned and ran, Joseph and the others followed him.

Location: MegaShip Bridge.

The Red Ranger ran onto the bridge, followed by Joseph and the others

"Engines are off-line, thrusters are off-line….." the female voice informed them all.

On the viewscreen, they saw the giant red planet loonming towards them "Impact with planet surface in 2 minutes" the female voice said.

"Deca, angle the ship's trajectory so we glide" Red Ranger said, the leveled but continued to fall towards the planet.

Location: Planet's Surface.

The MegaShip had left a giant rut in the rock where it had crashed. The female voice annoucned "Warning, Quantrons aproaching"

The mysterious Red Ranger turned and ran towards the door.

Just as it was about to close, Joseph pulled it open and they all stepped in and TJ said "We're comming to help……".

Location: Outside MegaShip.

The airlock hissed open and the five teens and the Red Ranger ran out onto the planet. "Whoa, those guys look tough….." Joseph said when he saw the Quantrons.

Joseph took out his morpher and yelled "Lion Ranger Force". The Red Ranger saw Joseph Morph as he battle two Quantrons. A warp hole apeared above Joseph, it tarted to spin, it desended down, coveing Joseph in a white light, it then rose above above Joseph, who was now in his Lion Ranger armor.

"There, that shpould even things up……." Joseph said, "FIRE SABER" he yelled, his weapon formwd and he charged at the oncomming Quantrons.

'He's a Power Ranger' Red Ranger thought 'And not just any Ranger, he's the Lion Ranger' Red Ranger reached to his belt and grabbed the four devices that he had clipped there.

He ran to the former Rangers and said "Quickly, put these on….."

The teens each took one of the devices and the Red Ranger told them "Now call out, let's rocket".

The teens called out "LET'S ROCKET…..".

The instinctivly knew what to do, they pressed 335 on the deviced and they becam to morph. TJ morphed into the Blue Ranger. Carlos morphed into the Black Ranger. Cassie morphed intop the Pink Ranger. Ashley Morphed into the Yellow Ranger.

The six Rangers soon made short work of the Quantrons. Lion Ranger held one of the Q-Blade and asked "So, who are you" the Rangers de-morphed. The Red Ranger de-morphed.

Ashley blushed and walked up to him, she poked him in the ribs as she circled him "You're human….."

Joseph growled as the Red Ranger replied "What did you expect, a giant lizzard".

Ashley blushed and Cassie asked "What's you're name….".

"I'm, Andros" he walked over to Lion Ranger and held out his hand and said "Thanks for your help…."

Lion Ranger walked back to the MegaShip with the Q-Blade.

Location: MegaShip Bridge.

Time: 2 Hours Later.

"These powers are great…." Ashley said.

Andros smiled and replied "Zordon gave me these morphers and said to use them when I felt they should be used….".

Cassie noticed the flirting between the two and she asked "Andros, is there anyone else on board, or was it just you……."

Andros answered with "I was alone, well, apart from Deca….."

Cassie asked "Is Deca your girlfriend…..".

"I am the MegaShip computer" Deca replied "Besides, Andros likes Ashley".

Location: Joseph and Ashley's Quarters.

Time: 1 Hour Later.

Joseph was awake, he stared blankly at the ceiling.

"Joseph, can I talk with you" Ashley whispered.

No answer came from Joseph.

"Joseph, is there anything wrong….." Ashley asked.

No reply.

"If I've done something to upset you" Ashley said "Then tell me so I can apoligize"

Joseph said "Why don't you go and talk to Mr Megaship" he carried on "I'm sure he'd like to listen".

Ashley hugged her lover and said. "I like Andros, he saved our lives" she kissed him and said "But I LOVE you, an no one could take that away".

Location: Jarvis Medical Center.

Place: Angel Grove.

At the Jarvis Center, Maya is sitting with Dr Miriam Kenner who is her doctor. They are in Dr. Kenner's office. Miriam is reviewing Maya's results, which makes Maya a bit nervous.

"So Maya, I'm pleased to tell you the results are posetive, you're pregnant" Dr Kenner says.

Maya answeres with "That's wonderfull".

Dr Kenner then asks "If you don't mind me asking Maya, what happened to the father of your child".

Maya's answer is "I don't see him anymore, we had a huge argument 9 months ago and I haven't spoke to him since".

Dr. Kenner's next wuestion is "Why did you move to Angel Grove".

Maya told Dr Kenner "I moved to get away from my boyfriend". Maya pauses for a moment to try to figure out a way to explain why she had to move.

Dr. Kenner simply continues to look at Maya's results, then she says "Well, everything seems to be in order". Dr. Kenner puts down the papers and looks at Maya. "Is this your first child" she asks.

Maya says "Yes, before we broke up, my boyfriend and myself had planned to have a large family".

Dr. Kenner smiles and tells Maya "Well, if you have any questions or problems, you come right to me, ok".

Maya reaches out to shake Dr. Kenner's hand. "I will, thankyou Dr. Kenner" Maya says.

Dr. Kenner then tells her "And don't call me Dr' Kenner, call me Miriam".

Maya smiles "Thankyou Miriam". Miriam then stand and says "Now, if you'd follow me, I'll show you around the center". Maya gets up from her seat and the two head out of the office.

As hey walk out of the office, Dr. Miriam notices that Maya is painfully thin. Her ribs can clesarly bee seen, she clearly has not had a decent meal for a long time.

"Maya, when did you last eat…." Miriam asks.

Maya hesitates and says "This morning…..".

Dr. Kenner does not belive her. "Maya, your ribs should not be showing like that" she says "I'd say you've not eaten for the last two, maybe three days….."

Maya carries on walking.

"I noticed old injuries Maya" Dr. Kenner calls out "What did he do to you".

Maya stops and turnes around.

"He beat you, didn't he" Dr. Kenner asks.

Maya breaks down and starts crying.

Miriam puts her arm around Maya and conforts her. "It's ok Maya, everything will be ok now….." Maya cries and asks

"Why…. Why did he do it…." Her trears roll down her cheeks as she continues "I loved him, and he…. He…. He hit me…..".

Dr Miriam comforts Maya and says to her "I'll take care of you".

Location: Joseph And Ashley's Quarters.

Joseph was sat at the monitor. He was looking at a picture of a blue-green planet twice the size of the largest planet in the Earth system. It was Arus, his homeworld.

"Computer, open a subspace channel, to hyper beacon gamma 9…." Joseph said.

Deca responded with "Beacon open……".

Joseph pressed the record button on the monitor and said "Mission update, I have a ship capable of enabling me to procede with the next phase, proceding with third phase"

He then said "Computer transmit message and erase all evidence of the communication". Deca was silent then said Communication sent, all logs purtaining to your transmission have been erased".

Joseph deactivated the terminal and sat back. He glanced over at the bed, asleep was Ashley Hammond, his Human grilfriend.

"If only you knew…" he laughed silently.

Location: Planet Arus.

Place: Orbital Station G12.

The milatary personel were busy. They were manning the weapons stations, monitoring radar activity and preparing starships. They were preparing for an invasion.

"Sir, we're reciving a transmission" the comm officer called out, Commander Braxus activated his headphones and listend to the message from Joseph.

When it had finished he said "Send a transmission back, message recived, do not procede until signal is sent"

The comunications oficer nodded and said "Aye sir, transmitting your message…..".

Location: Astro MegaShip.

Place: Joseph And Ashley's Quarters.

The monitor beeped. Joseph activated it and read the messsge from his homeworld. He smiled and erased the message. "Computer, erase all record of me reciving a message"

There was silence and Deca replied "Records erased".

Joseph deactivated the monitor and smiled. "Soon, we will put the plan into motion" he said "Then no one can stop us".

He got up and stripped down to his underwear, he climbed into bed next to Ashley, he slipped his arm across her chest and fell fast asleep

Location: Unknow Region Of Space.

Space began to twist, then it riped in two. A warphole apeared, and the rift became stable. Inside the rift, a starfield could be seen, as well as planets, orbniting a sun.

Location: Miranoi.

Place: A Village.

The inhabitants of the village looked up into the night sky at the warphole that had formed in space.

"By the sacred stone, what is happening" a viliger asked.

"Mommee, I'm scared….." a young boy said, the boys mother.

Shondra said "It's ok, everything will be all right….".

"The gateway to the Lost Galaxy has been opened…." The vilage elder, Jerra said.

Location: Orbital Station G12.

The Lions were hungry. Almost all of the stored resources had been exhausted during repairs and construction of new weapons after their last battle, which meant, essentially, that no further repairs or replenishing would be possible until they had some sort of intake.

"So, when will the Lions get sent to the Lion Ranger" Arias asked.

Aras replied "I have no idea".

At that moment, Shakhanus roared loudly.

Aras smiled and said "Sounds like someone is hungry".

Location: Jarvis Medical Center

At the Jarvis Center Meical Center, Miriam and Maya are walking through the halls talking.

"Maya, I'd like you to meet some of the girls we have staying here" Miriam says to her.

Maya then asks "You have girls staying here".

Miriam answeres with "Yes, they are victims of physical abuse, like yourself".

The two enter the gym and Maya spots a group of girls, playing basketball. Miriam's pager beeps.

"Maya I have to go, will you be ok here" Miriam asks.

"Sure" Maya reples.

Miriam takes off through the halls in a hurry. Maya walks over to the side of the gym to watch the game in progress. One of the kids overthrows the ball on a pass. The ball heads straight for Maya who catches it.

"Hi" maya says politly.

"Hi" the girl replies.

Maya introduces herself "I'm Maya".

The girel smiles, shakes Maya's hand and replies with "I'm Jessy".

All the girls wave to Maya and greet her.

"So, are you all victims of abuse" Maya asks.

Jessy answers jer question with "Yes, and thanks to Mniriam, we've been able to get away from our spouses".

A girl called Lyta asks Maya "Would you like to join the game, we could use you to even up the score?".

Maya smiles and tells her "Sure, I'd love to".

They continue the game and the ball is passed back and forth.

For the first time in a long while, Maya feels happy.

Time: Midnight.

Andros looked at the files Deca brought up on the viewscreen.

"I was instructed to erase them" Deca said "But I saved them so you could see what he was doing".

Andros nodded and asked "Deca, can you wake the other Rangers without waking Joseph"

There was a moments silence then she said "I have alerted the others, but Ashley is still sleeping with Joseph".

Location: Joseph And Ashley's Quarters.

Ashley woke to the sound of her communicator beeping.

"Go ahead….." she said

Andros's voice came out of the tiny speaker and, in a quiet whisper, said to her "Ashley, get dressed and come to the bridge, don't ask questions, just do it".

The communicaor went dead. Ashley quietly slipped out of bed and started to get dressed.

Location: Orbital Station G12.

"Sir, the messages Lion Ranger sent to us, the Space Rangers have found them……" the communications officer reported.

Braxus walked to the rear wall and keyed in a 5 digit code on a keypad set into the wall. The wall slid open to reveal a hidden room, Braxus walks in and the door hisses shut behind him.

At the far end of the room are five stasis tubes, the five tubes are dark, but bubbles can be seen rising in the clear liquid.

"It's time for you to awake" Braxus says "I have a mission for you". The five tubes iluminate to reveal five Power Rangers suits, suspened in the liquid. "Awaken, Psycho Rangers" Braxus says.

Place: Warphole.

The alien vessel emerged from the Lost Galaxy. With two nasty, looking claws at the front and a tail which resembled a scorpian's tail, the vessel desended towards the planet.

Location: Miranoi.

Place: A Village.

The Viligers ran in terror as the Sting Wingers buzzed around them. A bolt of green energy struck the ground and formed into Furio

"WHERE ARE THE QUASAR SABERS" the evil creature yelled "TELL ME OR BE DESTROYED"

"And so it begins……" Jerra said.
