Los Angeles – Daytime
Tanya is battling an evil monster. She knocks him unconscious with a frying pan generated from her ring. It explodes.
Tanya: Well that's that.
She looks at a nearby digital clock and freaks out.
Tanya: Oh no! I'm late for my recording session!
Aquitar's Orbit – Space
Cestria is fighting a monster right outside of Aquitar's orbit. She uses a Green Tidal Wave from her ring to subdue him.
Cestria: At last. Must go rehydrate.
She flies back to the surface of Aquitar.
KO-35 – Daytime
Zhane is on KO-35 doing patrol when his ring begins to glow. He begins to fly at superspeed.
Recording Studio – Nighttime
Tanya is in the studio singing when her ring begins to glow. She speaks to Guy Gardner, the technician.
Tanya: Guy, I'm beat. Let's end it for the day.
Guy: No problem.
Tanya goes into another room and disappears to the Space Station. Guy sees a glowing green object on the floor. He goes and picks it up.
Guy: Singers always leavin' their stuff hangin' around.
Downtown Coast City – Daytime
As an old lady is walking by a purse snatcher steals her purse.
Old Lady: Help! Help!
Hal Jordan, a man in his early twenties, sees this. He runs the snatcher down flips him over and gets the ladie's purse back.
Old Lady: Thank you…
Hal: The name's Hal, mam. No problem. Was happy to help.
Hal sees a glowing green object on the ground. Hal goes over and picks it up.
Hal: She must of dropped it.
GL Corps Planning Room -Space Station
Zhane, Tanya, and Cestria enter the room as Karone is standing there waiting for them.
Zhane: Karone. It's been a while.
Karone: Indeed. Please, everyone, have a seat.
They all sit down.
Tanya: Where's Ramses? I so enjoy his company.
Karone: He's recuparating from the mission he had with Blade. He's pretty banged up.
Zhane: Why are we here? I thought you were in sector 7650143.
Karone: I was but I appointed another Lantern for that sector. He should be arriving here for the meeting sometime soon. And I sense that the ring has chosen two more people for the Corps.
Cestria: Who are they?
Karone: I don't know yet. But they will appear soon. Well, we have other buisness to attend to. Let's go around the room with mission reports.
Dark Fortress
Sinestro is watching the Green Lantern Corps entrance into the Space Station.
Sinestro: So, my former friends want to meet, huh? Mondo! Machina!
Mondo and Machina enter.
Mondo: Yes, my master?
Sinestro: I want you to deploy some Super Cogs and I want you to modify them. With these.
Mondo: Spectrum Converters … but that only changes.
Mondo thinks about it.
Mondo: Excellent idea, sir.
GL Corps Planning Room – Space Station
Karone: Looks like everybody's been busy.
Alarm sounds. Colt is heard over the loudspeaker in the planning room.
Colt: Corps, there are some Supercogs attacking a factory in Chicago. Take care of it.
Karone: We're on it! Let's go, team.
Factory – Nighttime
The Corps come down and they begin to fight the cogs without using their rings and are shortly overpowered.
Karone: Let's make 'em feel Green Lantern's Light!
They begin to use their rings to over power the Supercogs. The Cogs regroup and activate their spectrum converters. They turn yellow. Karone tries to punch one with a giant fist, but it isn't working.
Zhane: Oh crap, they're yellow!
The cogs run toward them and begin to thrash them. The cog's arms turn into cannons and they begin to shoot at the Corps. They duck and cover.
Tanya: What are we gonna do?!
Cestria: They're gonna kill us.
As the Cogs are closing in, Kal-El butts two of their heads together! He breaks one in half over his knee. He zaps two with his heat vision. He freezes some with his super breath and breaks them apart. He themn uses his heat vision to disable the rest of the cogs' spectrum converters Then uses his ring to create a giant fist to crush the rest. The Corps come from behind where they were hiding.
Kal-El: Sorry I was late for the meeting, Karone.
Karone: Looks like you got here just in time. Well, meet our newest Green Lantern, Kal-El, from Questro.
Cestria: I've never met any Questrians that could do that!
Kal-El: I was born on the Planet Krypton and sent to Questro by my parents when my planet exploded. My dense molecular structure combined with the three yellow suns of Questro gave me amazing super powers.
Karone: I worked with him a lot on Questro and when I left, I gave him a ring. Well, enough talk. Let's get back to base.
Downtown Coast City – Nighttime
Hal is waling down the street as the ring continues to glow in his pocket.
Hal: Hmmm. I wonder.
Hal puts the ring on and disappears.
Recording Studio – Nighttime
Guy is finishing up turning everything off in the studio when he sees the ring again.
Guy: Tanya still didn't come back for this thing.
Guy picks it up and examines it.
Guy: Wait! It's too big for her! It looks like it fits my finger.
Guy puts it on his finger and disappears.
GL Corps Planning Room – Space Station
As the GL Corps sit in the room getting to know Kal-El, Guy and Hal appear in full Green Lantern uniform.
Karone: Well, I guess these are the new recruits.

Blade's Office – Three Weeks Later
Karone come's in Blade's office, Colt sitting there.
Karone: You wanted to see me, sir?
Colt: Yeah. Have a seat, Karone.
Karone sits down.
Colt: How are your three new guys working out?
Karone: Great! Hal, Guy, and Kal-El have really meshed with the rest of us. I got a great team now.
Colt: Good, 'cause I've got a very important mission for you.
Karone: You know the Corps are up for anything.
Colt passes Karone some pictures.
Karone: These are the Beast Rangers I've heard so much about! They've done some heroic stuff.
Colt: Yeah, well, they could very well be heroes, but they could be one of Sinestro's tricks. Since we don't know for sure, I'm assigning you and the Green Lantern Corps to the capture of THE BEAST RANGERS!
