Prologue
New York City Docks – Nighttime
Several Criminals are hauling guns and drugs in large boxes onto ships.
Criminal 1: Man, this stuff is heavy.
Criminal 2: I know, but the dough we're gonna pick up from doing this job makes it all worth while.
Suddenly a string of webbing ties around Criminal 2 and he is pulled to the ground.
Criminal 1: What the?!
He looks up and sees Spiderman standing on top of a large crate.
Spiderman: Rise and shine, bright eyes!
Criminal 1: It's Spiderman! Get him!
They open fire on him. He flips free of them and swings to the other side. He webs them all together.
Spiderman: Well, looks like you're all tied up, sir.
He vanishes into thin air.
Vortex – No time period
Spiderman is caught in a vortex a beam hits him and turns him into two people one completely unnoticed by the other. Two dimensional holes open up. One goes thorough one and the other goes through the other.
New York City Docks – Nighttime
Spiderman lands on the ground at the docks.
Spiderman: Really weird.
He sees the police taking away the crooks
Spiderman: I guess my work here is done.
He web swings home.
Space Station – Space
Spiderman lands right in the middle of the round table while the Power Leadership Council is holding a meeting.
Spiderman: Really wierd.
Vortex – No Time Period
Madame Webb is sitting on her throne looking at both Spidermen in both dimensions.
Madame Webb: My work here is done.
Part I: Does Whatever A…
Space Station Hallway – Space
Peter (Spiderman) is running, trying to elude the U.E.D.F. guards who are shooting at him.
Peter: Gotta get outta here.
The Turbo Rangers appear.
T.J.: Stop right where you are.
Peter: What's this, some kind of joke?
He flips in the air and webs them together. He sticks to a wall and travels as fast as possible.
Peter: Man, these guys are bringin' heat.
Blade's Office – Space Station
Blade is mad because all the noise has woke him up. He's contacting Rick Hunter on videophone.
Blade: What the HELL is going on?!
Rick: The guy who dropped from the sky.
Blade: Spiderman, what about him?
Rick: He's causing a disturbance, and he's headed towards your quarters.
Blade: Is that so?
Rick: In less than 30 seconds.
Blade: I got somethin' for him.
Space Station Hallway – Space
Peter is still running. He's relieved because the guards seem to be pulling back.
Peter: Should've known better.
Blade's door opens up and Spiderman runs right into a right cross from Blade.
Space Station Sickbay – Space
Spiderman (Peter Parker) is laying in a bed in sickbay with his mask off. He is groggy as he begins to come to.
Peter: Where am I?
He feels on his face.
Peter: My mask!
He sits straight up and the doctor comes in.
Doctor: Seems you're coming to.
Peter: Where am I?
Doctor: Wow, you really did take a bad blow. You're on the Galaxy League of Power's Space Station. Sickbay to be exact.
Cassie enters the room, not able to see who it is.
Cassie: I was sent here to check on the patient.
Doctor: The patient is fine.
The doctor steps away, revealing Peter's face.
Cassie: Peter!
Peter: Sorry, do I know you?
Cassie faints. The Doctor pushes a button and teleports her to her quarters.
The Doctor contacts Parallax in his office.
Doctor: Sir, I believe he's ready to see you now.
T.C.E. Headquarters
Dark Parallax has ordered Zedd and MumRa into his presence.
Dark Parallax: MumRah, Zedd.
Zedd: It is an honor to be here, sir…
Dark Parallax: Silence! I want you to create a monster. One that has strength and that is pulsing with evil!
Zedd: Then you called the right men for the job.
Blade's Office – Space Station
Peter is still in the Spiderman outfit. He enters Blades office.
Blade: Please Peter, sit down.
Peter: I seem to be at a loss, you are?
Blade: I am Parallax, but you can call me Blade. All my friends do.
Peter: Sure Blade, what's going on? Why do half the people on this space station know who I am?
Blade: You can take the mask off, there's no danger here.
He takes the mask off.
Peter: Done.
Blade: We know you because your double in this reality was a member of this team.
Peter: That explains some of it. Give me the rest. How did I get here?
Blade: You were duplicated by Madam Webb and sent here. Your double is on your world.
Peter: I suspected she would be involved somehow. But why?!
Blade: Perhaps I should start from the top. You, I mean he, was just in high school when it happened. The Peter Parker from this world skipped a demonstation on Geonetics to go out on a date.
Peter: That's where I got bit!
Blade: On the way home, he was transported to another world. A world that was under the rule of Divatox. Dimetria bestowed upon him the powers of the Phantom Ranger. After defeating Divatox on that world, he followed her to Earth, helping the Power Rangers defeat her. But in the Reckoning, he was one of the many casualties.
Peter: Woah. That's a lot to process. What about the girl who fainted in sickbay?
Blade: Well, she was in love with you, I mean, him.
T.C.E. Headquarters
Zedd and MumRah are standing before Dark Parallax with the new monster Brakcun.
Zedd: Is this to your liking master?
Dark Parallax: Yes.
MumRah: He is a match for the strongest of Rangers.
Brackun: Yes, and I will destroy them all.
Part II: Friendly Neighborhood Phantom Ranger
Hall of History – Space Station
Peter dressed in a Galaxy League uniform with the Spiderman logo on the back checking out the archives on the Phantom Ranger.
Peter: It's all true. This guy was a hero. He would have been Spiderman if he had went to that Neogenics demonstration. It's funny how one decision can effect a whole course of events.
Cassie comes in behind him.
Cassie: I know what you mean.
Peter: Oh, Cassie, is it?
Cassie: Yeah.
Peter: How are you?
Cassie: Fine.
Peter: Blade tells me you knew this guy.
Cassie: Yeah, I knew him, alright.
Peter: What was he like?
Cassie: He was the greatest man I ever met.
Peter: Wow. Must've been something.
Cassie: Yeah.
Peter: I'll see you around.
Cassie: Yeah, sure.
Cassie exits into the hallway. She finds a corner sits down and begins to cry.
Space Station Game Room – Space
Justin and Ule are playing zero gravity tennis in the game room. They get into a pretty competative exchange. Ule wins.
Ule: I beat cha! I beat cha!
Justin: Big deal. I'll get cha next time.
Ule: This is so cool. I don't think we've ever hung out before.
Justin: It's good to have someone the same age as me around.
Ule: I know what cha mean.
The alarm sounds. Parallax is over the PA system.
Parallax: Turbo Rangers, report to London England. There's a disturbance.
Justin: Gottta go, I'll talk to ya later. SHIFT INTO TURBO! MOUNTAIN BLASTER TURBO POWER!
Justin teleports away.
Downtown London – Daytime
Brackun is attacking the Turbo Rangers.
T.J.: I have a feeling that you're going down!
Carlos: We're gonna send you packin'.
Brackun: Not today, kiddies!
Brackun attacks them, running through them like cheap rag dolls. T.J. contacts the base.
T.J.: He's too strong, send backup.
Brackun: I'm afraid nothing can save you now!
Suddenly Brackun takes a double kick to the head.
Zhane: Guess again!
Brackun: Phantom Ranger! And who are you?
Peter: Your friendly neighborhood Spiderman.
Brackun blasts at them. Peter and Zhane flip away.
Zhane: Guys, are you okay?
T.J.: Sure.
Peter: Wait, I have a plan!
Justin: What?
Peter: If I can stick him to the ground, you guys can move in for the kill.
Ashley: Cool, let's do it.
Peter: Hey ugly!
Brackun: No one calls me ugly!
He blasts at him. Spidey webs him to the ground.
Peter: Now!
Zhane jumps forward, but Brackun gets lose and strikes him across the leg.
Zhane: Argh!!!!
Peter runs to his side.
Peter: Are you alright?
Zhane gives Peter the morpher.
Peter: What are you doing?
Zhane: Take it, I'm in no shape for it.
Peter: I can't do this.
Zhane: It's inside of you, I know you can. Just take it and it'll do the rest.
Peter: Fine.
Peter takes it.
Zhane: Base, teleport me to sickbay.
Zhane teleports away.
Peter: It's Morphing Time! Phantom Ranger Power!
He morphs into the Phantom Ranger.
Peter: Hope my Spider Powers still work.
He checks them and they do.
Peter: They work even better than before!
He flips in front of the battered Turbo Rangers.
Peter: Bring it on!
Brackun: Gladly!
They fight and Peter is knocked to the ground.
Peter (Thinking): I'm not using my head! I've got new powers I have to use them.
He turns invisible.
Brackun: Where'd he go?
Peter kicks him in the head.
Peter: You really can't see me!
He beats the crap out of Brackun then wraps him in webbing and he charges it with an electric shock.
Justin: What was that?
Peter: A little something called the Spider Shock.
Epilogue
Blade's Office – Space Station
Zhane and Peter are in Blade's office.
Blade: I bet you're both wondering why I called you in here.
Peter: Actually, yeah.
Blade: Here it is. Peter, you did great as the Phantom Ranger, and I would like to give that to you permanently.
Peter: Sure.
Zhane has a sad look on his face he gets up and begins to walk out.
Blade: Where are you going?
Zhane: Blade, I'd like to thank you for allowing me to be a Ranger. Now, since my duty's done, I'm going back to KO-35.
Blade: Shut up, Zhane. I'm not done yet.
Karone enters.
Blade: Just in time. Zhane, I've talked it over with Karone and she would like you to be a member of the Green Lantern Corps.
Karone: It would be an honor to have you on my team, that is, if you accept.
Zhane: Do I!
Karone copies her ring and gives it to Zhane. He puts it on and is now in Hal Jordan's Green Lantern Costume.
Zhane: This is so cool! What do we do now?!
Karone: We begin to recruit the rest of the Corps.
