GL Corps Planning Room – Space Station
The GL Corps lands in their planning room tired from their last mission.
Zhane: Man, remind me not to do a mission like that again.
Karone: We've really got to start not answering distress calls.
Cestria: We should have called for backup.
Tanya: Don't worry. The Green Lantern Corps can handle anything.
Ryen's communicator goes off.
Ryen: Yeah Peter.
Peter: The Golden Gate Bridge is collapsing. 'Need your help.
Ryen: On my way.
Karone: Did you recharge?
Ryen: No, but there should still be more juice left in this thing.
Karone: Okay. See you later.
He teleports away.
The Golden Gate Bridge – Daytime
The S.C.U. are trying to hold the bridge up and evacuate it. Peter is trying to web the broken pieces together as Ryen arrives.
Peter: You're late.
Ryen: Sorry.
Peter: Hold the bridge up while the rest of us try to evacuate it.
Ryen: Gotcha.
He makes a clamp with his ring to hold the bridge up while the rest of the S.C.U. is trying to evacuate it.
Blue Senturion: All citizens please exit the bridge in a calm fashion.
Ryen's ring begins to lose power phasing the clamp out, causing the bridge to start falling.
Ryen: Not now!
The clamp continues to phase out.
Ryen: Hurry up I don't know how much longer I can keep this up.
Peter: You've gotta hold on.
Ryen: I'm trying.
The rings loses power, the clamp dissapears and the bridge begins to fall. Ryan begins to fall as well.
Ryen: Come on, don't quit on me now.
The ring lights upand gives Ryen flight control.
Ryen: Yes!
Ryen creates a net to catch the people and he puts them all on the San Fransico side of the bridge.
Command Center – Daytime
Ryen has finished recharing his ring as Peter is chewing him out.
Peter: What the hell did you think you were doing?!
Ryen: My ring gave out on me. I had to think of something!
Peter: I told you to hold the bridge up!
Ryen: Didn't I just say the ring gave out?!
Peter: Why didn't you recharge it?!
Ryen: I had just finished a mission with the corps.
Peter: You've got to decide where your priorities lie, Green Lantern
Ryen: How dare you?!
Ryen forms a large Green fist wth his ring and knocks Peter across the room. He runs to Peter and begis to choke him.
Peter: Can't breathe!
The Rest of the S.C.U. tries to help Peter, but Ryen blasts them back.
Dark Fortress
Dark Parallax is watching what is happening.
Dark Parallax: Well, well, well, look what we have here.
He zaps Ryen wth a black power beam.
Dark Parallax: Zedd!
Zedd: Yes my lord?
Dark Parallax: Ready our secret weapon. I think we have a candidate.
Zedd: Yes, my Lord.
Command Center – Daytime
Ryen stands over an unconcious S.C.U. as his communicator goes off.
Karone: Ryen, is everything okay? I heard a distess call form the Command Center.
Ryen: Everything's fine.
Karone: Good. We've got problems on te moon.
Ryen: On my way.
Moon – Space
The GL Corps is taking a beating from Lord Zedd.
Zhane: We're gettin toasted.
Karone: Gotta hold on 'till backup arrives.
Tanya: I wish Ryen would hurry up.
Zedd: He will be no use even if he does get here!
Zedd blasts them again. Only Karone is left standing.
Karone: You'll never beat us, Zedd!
Zedd: Us?! Dear, it looks like only you are left standing.
Karone goes into fighting stance as Ryen runs up.
Karone: About time.
Ryen: Sorry.
Karone turns and faces Zedd and a green boxing glove knocks Karone to the ground.
Zedd: Good work, partner.
Ryen: No sweat.
Zedd opens his hand to reveal a Yellow Lantern Ring.
Zedd: A gift from the master!
Ryen throws the Green Lantern ring to the ground puts the yellow ring on his finger and his suit changes.
Ryen: Soon, all that is good will tremble before the name of SINESTRO!
