Note from Author: I originally wrote these stories in the 4th grade, © 1989- 1990. <h5><center>The Last Attempt By Lamont Stewart</center></h5> The shadow then vanished in the darkness, and everyone awoke when the lights returned. Lamont said, "I recognized those shadows." David said, "So did I." The tree shadows were of Darkonda, Deviot, and Magical. Then the two merged into Darkviot. Then the shadow of Magical merged with that of Darkviot. It formed the creature known as Magicdarkviot.

Lamont and David walked out side for recess; another solar eclipse was scheduled for this afternoon. Lamont said, "Are you excited about this eclipse?" David said, "Don't forget what happened last time we had one of these." Lamont said, "Ya, I defeated Magical-El-Play." David said, "Ya, after your friends died. Now if what we saw in those shadows were any clue. We need to be careful." Just then the eclipse started, as everyone was watching, a fog rolled in, this fog knocked every one out except for Lamont and David. Then they saw the shadow return, and take a shadow human form. The figure said, "My name is Magicdarkviot, and I have a message." David said, "Ya, what would that be?" Magicdarkviot said, "I hope you enjoyed your years at Helke, because they will be the only schooling you two will have. Neither of you will make it to Morton or Smith." Lamont said, "You are sure of your self, aren't ya." Magicdarkviot said, "I don't think you understand, I come from the forms of Magical-El-Play, and Darkviot. Now you trapped Magical and separated Darkviot, but before you did something happened." David said, "What would that be?" "Some unknown force, I don't know who it is either, cloned the shadows and gave them a life of their own." Magicdarkviot said. "It took us a year to learn how to work together, but we finally found a way to merge into the being you see before you." Lamont said, "Just one question." Magicdarkviot said, "What would that be?" Lamont said, "Look out!" Magicdarkviot looked behind and saw nothing. It turned around again and they were gone. Magicdarkviot said, "Oh, I love the chase." The two ten year olds knew exactly where they were going, they had to make it to the High School Football Field. However, it wasn't going to be an easy task. First they ran down Randler, then turned to Alkaline Springs, and made it to Helke rd. Next they went down Alkaline Springs again, and made it to Dixie. They had to go up Dixie, but half way on Dixie on the way to the school; Magicdarkviot appeared off of Alkaline. Magicdarkviot said, "This has been fun and all, but orders are orders and you must be terminated. Although I would enjoy killing you even if he didn't order me." Lamont said, "Who?" Magicdarkviot said, "If you survive this, you just might find out." They chase continued to the field, where Lamont instructed David to climb the benches. Just then Magicdarkviot appeared and said, "I live in the dark, and until I'm defeated, the eclipse will continue. To bad you don't have the light from the Merger Crystal anymore." Lamont smiled and said, "I may not have the Merger Crystal anymore, but I still have LIGHT!" Lamont had distracted Magicdarkviot long enough for David to make it to the control room, and activate the field lights. With all the lights on the creature, Magicdarkviot screamed and then exploded in a blast of darkness. Another light blinded the area and Lamont and David found their selves back at Helke again. Lamont Stewart, Danny Commer, Tina Wilson, Zach Atkinson, Richey Washburn, and David Erbaugh shared one last toast, before, they left Helke. It was now the summer and they would all be at the same school again for four years. <h5><center>The End</center></h5>he End
