In a laboratory three teenagers are taking pictures of some blue prints. After they were done, they snuck out through the sewers, and made it back to their hideout.

Their boss, a fifty-year-old man was waiting for them. "Did you get it?"

Teen 1 said, "Got it here, it was no problem."

The Boss said, "Excellent, now the 1989 world will be in our grasp, and as leader I'll bring them into the next decade."

Back at the Rangers' headquarters, Danny and Richey were watching a James Bond movie.

Richey said, "Wow, I wish we were like them."

The movie ended and they cheered.

Danny said, "We can be."

Richey said, "What do ya mean?"

Danny said, "We are ten, we can pretend."

Richey said, "Excellent."

They raced to their costume closet and put on some disguises.

Danny said, "I am Double-O-Danny."

Richey said, "And I am Richo, your side kick."

Meanwhile, Zach, Lamont and Tina were watching what they were doing.

Tina said, "What are they up too?"

Zach said, "How would you like to play a trick on them?"

Lamont smiled and said, "Sure, it has been a little slow lately, it might be fun."

They all grouped together and started whispering.

In Florida, a couple of people were enjoying an iced cold glass of water, when the H20 just vanished. The people screamed, but you could hear a faint laugh in the shadows.

Back at the headquarters, Danny heard a knock on the outside door. Yes they have an outside door in case someone wanted them to help them.

Danny went to the door and saw this nice looking girl about his age. She said, "I'm Terry, and only you can help me."

Danny getting embarrassed said, "How?"

She said, "There is some guys after me, and only you can protect me."

Richey said, "We will help."

Terry said, "Thanks. They have a lightning symbol on their sleeves." Then she kissed Danny and ran off behind a bush as Danny and Richey got ready to help. Terry pulled off a blond wig, and reveled that she was Tina. "That worked great."

Lamont said, "Did you have to kiss him?"

Tina said, "Why, are you jealous?"

Lamont said, "Um."

Zach said, "Come on, we've got to get to the park for the plan to work."

Lamont and Zach put on jackets with lightning bolts on the sleeves, and then went to the park.

Meanwhile, the three teenagers were trying to disguise themselves as normal people and went to Helke to deliver some boxes. Since they were members of a gang they had a symbol to identify them to each other, a lightning bolt on each of their sleeves.

Danny got out of the secret pasage way and saw the tree deliver boxes. Richey said, "Look."

Danny said, "Those must be the kids that cute girl was talking about, we should follow them."

Richey said, "Should we contact the rest of the team?"

Danny said, "Nah, let them have some time off, besides this isn't a case for the Rescue Rangers. This is a case for Double-O-Danny and Richo."

Richey said, "Excellent," and they went to get their costumes.

Meanwhile Lamont and the gang were waiting at the park, but no one showed up. Tina got her bottle of water and started drinking it when it disappeared. Tina said, "It's gone."

Zach said, "That's impossible, water can only be frozen or evaporated."

Lamont pulled out a magnifier. "I found this in the hideout, it magnifies things." What they saw amazed them.

It is true that water cannot be destroyed, but it can be separated. Something had separated the water molecules back into two hydrogen atoms, and one oxygen atom.

Lamont said, "This is very serious, I think our game will have to wait."

Tina and Zach said, "Right."

Then a car pasted by which said, "Water for sell, only $10.00 a bottle."

Tina said, "We should investigate that."

Lamont and Zach agreed and they followed the car to the hideout.

Meanwhile, Double-O-Danny and Richo had also followed the three teenage boys to the same hideout on the other side. He snuck through the side to look in the window, there he saw his three companions. He stopped to hear them talk.

Tina said, "It's too bad we couldn't continue the game with Danny."

Danny said, "This was all a game, well this is to fun to end now lets pretend we didn't hear them." Then they both climbed into the attic to watch the action.

Just then below the three kids grabbed the three Rescue Rangers. They tied them all up and gagged Tina. One of them said, "Hi spies, you should have stayed home today." Then he started a laser to kill them."

Danny saw that and said, "Look a light for a laser, wow this game is realistic." Then he and Richo slung down to surprise the bad guys, but when the rope went through the laser it broke. That is when Danny knew this was real. Luckily when it snapped Richo fell on the laser, making it point away from our three captives and point to the water machine. It fried the controls now it was working in reverse. Water appeared and started flooding the hideout.

The boss the came room and saw what was happening, he tried to get away, but tripped over Danny's body. The three boys were left stranded on a ledge since none of them could swim.

Richo untied Lamont, Tina and Zach, and they awoke Danny. Then they tied the bad guys all up. They left them out side and called the police and left.

Later that night a news show came on. It said, the crooks that were stealing water were caught. It was said that a note was attached to them, which read, "These crooks were caught by the Rescue Rangers with help from Double-O-Danny."

The news reporter said, "Whoever these people are, we owe them a debt of thanks."
